Tataki Snap Stonfo
Stonfo Tataki Snap
Tataki is an effective boat fishing technique developed in Japan to target cephalopods, and it has also proved highly successful in the Mediterranean. It involves lowering rigs vertically using special squid jigs known as tataki. Achieving truly outstanding results requires meticulous attention to lure presentation.
With this in mind, Stonfo has designed and produces Tataki Snaps: special stainless steel clips with a rounded attachment point that gives the lures greater freedom of movement. Tataki Snaps feature a quick-release mechanism for fast, secure lure attachment and come equipped with a swivel for connecting to the line.
Their extremely low weight—just 0.08 grams—preserves the tataki jig’s natural movement, while still delivering a record breaking strain estimated at an impressive 10 kg.
